Open Gym Membership
Get your workout done on your own time! A 24/7 key fob gives you convenient access to our state-of-the-art facilities whenever you’re ready to workout.
You can expect new, clean equipment and an open floor plan to spread out. This plan does not include group classes.

Unlimited Access + Classes
All access memberships include a key fob for 24/7 access to our open gym as well as all group classes.
Group classes feature high intensity movements incorporating elements from several types of exercises. We limit the number of people in each class so our coaches can focus on individual athlete as much as possible. A typical class will consist of a warm-up to get the blood flowing, strength training (oftentimes incorporating Olympic lifting, body weight skill work and/or gymnastics), a metabolic conditioning segment, and proper recovery methods.
These high intensity workouts result in improved strength, speed, power, coordination, and endurance. Every workout can be scaled up or down to meet your current ability level. We recommend that new members complete the Introductory course to ensure they feel ready to take on regular group classes.

One-on-One Personal Training
Intro to Strength Training
This introductory course is designed for those new to strength training and is meant to help you feel comfortable in group classes.
We break down the movements, step by step, in three 30-45 minutes classes. These sessions focus on preparing you for group fitness classes and will give you a taste of what to expect.
$180 for 3 sessions

Your personal trainer will develop a 1-hour exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whatever your goals may be.
