Intro to Great State
This is where all fitness journeys start!. In this 6 week small group class you will learn about the great state method. Discover the fundamentals of resistance training, conditioning and the nutritional needs of your specific goals.
Everyone starts here but this course will equip you with the knowledge needed to continue your journey wherever you go!

Personal Training
Work 1-on-1 with a trainer in private sessions scheduled at your convenience. Whether you have a rigorous job, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific athletic goal in mind, our trainers will coach you through a personalized program designed to fit your needs.
Weekly check-ins and nutritional coaching are included.

Great State Group
Great State Group meets 3 times a week and is a perfect balance of everything you need to meet your fitness goals. All of your favorite resistance training exercises combined with assualt bikes and concept 2 rowers, provide 45 minutes of high energy group class to leave you feeling accomplished and stronger than ever.
